We are now welcoming entries to the 12th annual Wigan & Leigh Short Film Festival.
Our deadline for submissions is 31th July 2025.
This season we have eight film submission categories which are Animation, Comedy, Documentary, Drama, Horror, International, Northwest Filmmaker & Young Filmmaker (aged 16-25).
Our selection panel will decide the winners of the catagories and awards will be presented on the night. There will also be an additional Audience Choice award on each night, selected online in realtime by the audience.
Filmmakers will be notified if their film has been selected to be shown at the festival on the 18th August 2025.
